Every job includes corridor and lift protection sheeting as standard, especially in multi-tenant buildings.
Most jobs are billed on completion for small work, or in milestones for larger structural jobs; a deposit may apply for jobs requiring machinery mobilisation. This is agreed upfront in the written quote.
